Congrats to Christine Wong on her James Beard nomination!

You heard that right: our dear friend (and Pearl River Mart creative manager) Christine Wong has been nominated for a James Beard award!

Last fall we had the honor (and pleasure) of helping Christine launch her gorgeous cookbook, The Vibrant Hong Kong Table: 88 Iconic Vegan Recipes from Dim Sum to Late-Night Snacks. Now it's been nominated for an "Oscar of food" in the category of Vegetable-Focused Cooking.

Christine's book is available at all our locations and our website. The James Beard winners will be announced on June 14 in Chicago. Join us in wishing Christine congratulations and jia you!
